The staff, residents and care providers and ministers were all friendly, caring, and helpful in general. My grandparents lived in a house in the Retirement Village for many years and were happy and well-attended. When they went to "The Terrace" for closer supervision after coming down with dementia, they were also well-cared for, kindly treated and pretty happy, considering. I only have 2 issues that I was dissatisfied with. I really feel like this hastened the dementia, as there was no meaningful contact with anyone, and often when I called I had to say what day it was or even what time of day it was.
